Tracksuits

Dear Parents,

There are 2 sheets posted on the Volunteer Board.

One is for the current OGC track suits. The Pre-competitive and Provincial girls are buying new tracksuits through Jagwear. There are athletes, boys and girls who may want to purchase the current OGC tracksuit.

If you are interested in selling your current OGC track suit, please come in and sign up on the board so that a buyer may contact you directly.

Men’s Competitive wear –Provincial boys – There is also a signup sheet for you on the board for the same purpose. I am aware that you have all been sized for new suits through Jagwear. I will contact them and hold on to the orders until you have contacted each other. I will putting the new orders in to Jagwear on October 28^th.

These transactions will not be handled through the office.

Competitive Uniform Sizing Day

On Thursday September 15, Jagwaer will at the gym during training time to size the boys and take orders for the Competitive uniform. The suit will be the same style as last Season.

For those that already have a competitive suit from last year, please have your son try it on ASAP to check the fit. If you’re not sure, there is time for one of the coaches to take a look at it.

Boys born in 2003 and later, will compete in the under 10 category and will not wear long pants.

The prices are (not including HST):

• Singlet incl maple leaf $60
• Shorts $30
• Long pants incl piping $80

Uniform Update

Uniforms will start to arrive this afternoon.

New Uniform

The new competitive uniform is now available. All competitive boys must purchase the new uniform. The old uniform can now be used for training.

Boys in the under 10 years old category will not wear long pants (Chin, Koren, Pederson, Perrier & Shannon).

The costs per piece are:

• Singlet = $60
• Shorts = $25
• Long pants = $75

Please make cheques payable to the “Oakville Gymnastics Club” and return to Agnes (Front Desk).

Competitive Attire

By now, all boys should have been sized for competitive attire and the new club tracksuit.

Please have your son try on their competitive uniform. If you are unsure of the fit, have your son show their coach. If you need new attire please contact me (Greg) ASAP with your requirements. 

Jagwear will sew the singlets and shorts. Please let me (Greg) know what you need. All Jagwear orders must be in by October Tuesday October 14th. Jagwear is very busy due to the fact that there are two girls qualifiers the same weekend as ours.

Our long pants are from ‘GK’ and may be ordered through the club. We have sizers in stock. All GK orders must be in by Thursday October 16th.

All eight and nine year old gymnasts do not need to wear long pants in competition. I encourage you to save your money and let the boys focus on their competition and not on changing from longs and socks to shorts and no socks and back again.

Please be sure to put your son’s name on their attire. It all looks the same and several clubs will be wearing navy shorts made by Jagwear.

Uniform Sizing

Jagwear will be at OGC on Friday September 26th from 3:30 to 5:30 pm to size the boys for singlets, shorts and longs.

Competition attire will be available for order at this time. Payment for competitive attire will be through the club. Agnes will invoice you when your order is ready for pick-up. Prices are; Singlets $35, Shorts $25 and long pants are $65.

Training attire will be also be available for sale at this time. Training singlets cost between $30 and $45. Payment for training attire is directly to Jagwear.
